While it may vary slightly depending on the role, here’s a glimpse of what your journey could look like:
i. Round 1 – Meet Your Talent Partner
Your first interaction is with our HR team, a warm conversation to understand your background, career goals, and what excites you about joining Planetcast. You’ll also get a quick introduction to who we are, our people-first culture, and our media-tech edge.
ii. Round 2 – Meet the Hiring Manager
This is where we get into the details. You’ll discuss your professional experiences, projects, and problem-solving approach. It’s also your opportunity to explore how your expertise aligns with our vision of transforming how media is created, managed, and delivered globally.
iii. Round 3 – Cognitive & Technical Assessment
Depending on your role, you’ll complete a short test or challenge designed to understand how you think, create, and execute. It could involve analytical reasoning, creative tasks, or technical problem-solving that mirrors real-world media-tech scenarios.
iv. Round 4 – Culture & Team Fit
We believe great teams are built on shared values and diverse perspectives. In this round, you’ll meet some of your potential teammates to get a feel for our collaboration style and work culture.
v. Round 5 – HR Round & Offer Discussion
Finally, our HR team will walk you through compensation details, benefits, and your potential career path at Planetcast. We aim for open, honest, and transparent discussions, because the best partnerships begin with clarity.
