We’re looking for a skilled Backend Developer to join our engineering team and help us build scalable, high-performance media-tech platforms. You’ll be responsible for designing and implementing robust backend services that handle complex workflows across video processing, content delivery, and media asset management.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Frontend, and DevOps to deliver cloud-first, API-driven solutions that redefine how media is created and shared globally.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Python with frameworks such as Django and Flask
- Hands-on experience with AWS Services, Redis, and Memcache
- Expertise in databases such as MongoDB and MySQL
- Strong knowledge of Algorithms (sorting, dynamic programming, graphs)
- Experience with Elastic Search, Kibana, and Logstash
- Familiarity with RabbitMQ, SQS, and Celery
- Proven experience in Microservice Architecture and REST API development
- Understanding of Domain Driven Design or Repository-based design
- Experience with Graph Databases (GraphDB, MongoDB)

Exposure to NLP technologies and handling unstructured text with expertise in at least three of the following:
- Sentiment Analysis
- Entity Extraction
- Natural Language Understanding (NLU)
- Natural Language Generation (NLG)
- Strong grasp of text preprocessing and normalization techniques (tokenization, POS tagging, parsing)
Good to Have
- Knowledge of Golang or NodeJS
- Experience with Apache Kafka and Elastic Stack (ELK)
- Familiarity with Graph Databases
- Additional experience in Microservice design, REST APIs, or Domain Driven Architecture
