We’re looking for an IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and ensure smooth operations across our systems, networks, and workstations. The role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining user accounts, and supporting IT infrastructure in a hybrid work environment.
You will collaborate with internal teams to implement IT policies, ensure data security compliance, and optimize technology resources for both on-site and remote users.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Windows, macOS, and Linux environments
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and network configurations
- Strong knowledge of troubleshooting hardware, printers, and peripheral devices
- Experience managing VPNs, firewalls, and network security protocols
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
Good to Have
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure) and remote monitoring tools
- Knowledge of ticketing systems (JIRA, ServiceNow)
- Experience with basic scripting (PowerShell / Python) or automation tools
