Inspired by governing standards of Centres of Sports Excellence across the world, the Inspire Institute of Sport has structured its programs with a 360- degree holistic approach, leading to overall development, sustainability and empowerment of the athletes. The four interconnected disciplines of Education & Skill development, Coaching, Sports Science and Elite Athlete Management, makes IIS a unique proposition in the Indian sporting ecosystem.

IIS a first-of-its-kind initiative that is sowing the seeds to develop world class Indian athletes capable of winning the country medals at the pinnacle of sporting success: The Olympic Games. Neeraj Chopra, and Bajrang Punia’s wins are a shining example of the Program. India’s performance at Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games is going to go down in history and will mark the beginning of a new era for Olympic sports in India with many more talented athletes showing up on the block.

OGQ(Olympic Gold Quest)

Olympic Gold Quest (OGQ) is a program of the Foundation for Promotion of Sports and Games, a Not for Profit (Section 8) Company, which is committed to bridging the gap between the best athletes in India and the best athletes in the world thus helping Indian athletes to win Olympic Gold medals.

OGQ aims to create a level playing field for Indian athletes to enable them to be competitive at the highest level of sport. Founded by Indian sporting legends Geet Sethi and Prakash Padukone, OGQ's first test was the London 2012 Olympics. 4 out of the 6 Indian medalists were supported by OGQ. In 2010, Leander Paes and Viswanathan Anand also joined the board of directors.

Olympic Gold Quest supports 51 athletes in the six disciplines of athletics, badminton, boxing, shooting, wrestling, and archery. Besides it also supports 25 junior athletes from different sports disciplines under its Junior Scholarship Program.


MASOOM has been working with Night Schools in Mumbai since 2008 with the aim of providing Quality Education to the Night School Students. MASOOM implements its specially designed Night School Transformation Program (NSTP) in adopted Night Schools. The focus areas of NSTP are infrastructure development, capacity building of the stakeholders, students’ guidance and skilling, advocacy for the schools etc.

With the support of Planetcast Media services Ltd they have implemented Evening Learning Center (ELC) projects in Aarey pada, Goregaon, Mumbai. The project implemented in 4 centers in Aarey pada which is a tribal area. The Evening Learning Centre (ELC) is a feasible alternative to Night Schools, in places where the necessary formal structures are absent. MASOOM aims at Establishing and Running the ELCs with the objective of providing the Out of School Students and the SSC failed students an opportunity to complete their Class 10 education through SSC board or NIOS
