Job Description:

  1. Providing software & application support services to the various software.
  2. Good knowledge on linux, My SQL.
  3. Troubleshooting while accessing in real time utility.
  4. Close co-ordination between core developers and clients.
  5. Responsible for installing software at client site.
  6. Giving training to client and making them comfortable with the different accessing tools.
  7. Will be responsible for Software Installation, Implementation, troubleshooting & Support.
  8. Software Operational training to clients.
  9. Basic Knowledge of Hardware.
  10. Basic knowledge of SQL (installation, backup, restore, maintenance)
  11. Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills both verbal & written
  12. A passion for solving problems and providing workable solutions
  13. Strong analytical and reasoning skills with an ability to visualize processes and outcomes.
  14. Outstanding all-round communication skills.

Qualification Required:

  1. B.Tech or any equivalent engineering graduate in Computer Science Engineering / Information Technology.

Experience/Skills Required:

  1. Candidate must have 2-6 years of Experience.
  2. Platform: Microsoft Windows / Linux
  3. Mandatory Skills: Linux, MySql
  4. Optional Skills: Socket programming, MSSQL, Multithreading, web socket, Design pattern.
